Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $41,000 to $50,505/annually (depending on experience)
Job Description:
The Customer Service Associate represents the company in a positive and professional manner while providing superior quality service that furthers the client experience via phone interaction.

Will be handling high volume calls from consumers and jewelers

Demonstrates strong product knowledge and understanding of the after sales service process

Continues to learn new product knowledge

Process payments
-
Updates consumer’s information

Answers customers questions and addresses their concerns regarding the servicing of their product
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service Call Center

Must have experience supporting a luxury brand (retail or call center) – REQUIRED
-
Stable job history
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
PC literacy
-
Data entry skills
-
MS Office
-
Excellent Interpersonal skills via phone

Strong organizational skills
