About The Role
The Cybersecurity Risk Analyst is responsible for performing cyber security risk assessments, including risk identification, analysis, and evaluation, identifying remediation requirements, and tracking associated risks. These assessment target enterprise processes, vendors, and technologies. In addition to conducting risk assessments, the risk analyst drives continual risk management processes and tool improvements. The position reports to the Cybersecurity Risk Manager and works closely with teams across Cybersecurity, IT, Privacy, Legal, Procurement, and Businesses to help protect Frontier assets.

Responsibilities:
- Support Cyber Security Group risk assessment initiatives, coordinate interaction between CSG and business unit stakeholders, and develop and maintain related documentation such as requirements, timelines, reporting, management presentations etc.
- Administer project planning and monitoring processes of cybersecurity projects
- Work with CSG leadership team to develop operational security metrics measuring effectiveness of Frontier cyber security program
- Document various cybersecurity process workflows within the various practice areas within CSG and affected stakeholders
- Support cybersecurity initiatives from project and budgeting perspectives
- Help support key risk areas of security vendor relationships (e.g., risk identification, issue resolution, reporting).
- Liaise with financial teams to administer security capital and operational budgets and ensuring invoicing and billings for security vendors are managed.
- Assist CSG leadership in preparing dashboards and presentations for executive management reporting
- Support information security policy development and maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as IT business analyst
- Understanding of information security risk management principles
- Experience in managing or helping administer information technology projects in its various phases (initiation, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking skills and the confidence to speak up about matters that need attention
- Proven ability to work with others in a team environment
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize work while meeting all deadlines
- Proven ability in to quickly learn and communicate concepts related to technical systems
- Strong degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, related field, or equivalent work experience

Location: Remote
Travel: unlikely but possible up to 10%
