SowiesoHelder is searching for a meticulous and organized Data Processing Clerk / Data Entry Operator to join our team in a US remote capacity. Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into databases and information management systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data processing procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and other essential documentation.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security measures are followed.
- Generate reports and summaries based on the data as requested by management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data processing or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and database management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Basic knowledge of data security protocols and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
