Lamar, Arlington, Texas 76011 and within healthcare facilities throughout the metroplex+ Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm**Department Highlights:**+ Small team, strong relationships+ Special project opportunities for career growth+ Ongoing training and development+ Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For+ Impactful change agent working directly with employees and managers for core engagement and process improvement. **Qualifications**+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field required+ 3 years experience in Employee Relations or in a Human Resource Generalist role required+ Healthcare Ops experience preferred+ SHRM-CP – SHRM Certified Professional within 12 months of hire required or+ SHRM-SCP – SHRM Senior Certified Professional within 12 months of hire required or+ PHR – Professional in Human Resources upon hire required or+ SPHR – Senior Professional in Human Resources upon hire required+ Other nationally recognized Human Resources related certification upon hire required**Position Responsibilities**The incumbent will serve as the principal investigator for employee initiated disputes as assigned. In addition to the required qualifications, a successful Employee Relations Specialist:Manages investigations end-to-end, including intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, report creation, and debrief meetings with leadership. Manages conflict at the lowest level of the organization and negotiates resolutions.
Consults with key stakeholders such as legal team and other interdisciplinary teams (as needed) to assess organization risk. Collaborates with team members in the delivery of ongoing programs and services.
