Front Office ManagerLocation: Albuquerque, NM, 87107The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and overall efficiency of front office operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to train and motivate staff to provide exceptional service to guests and visitors.Responsibilities:Manage front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge servicesTrain and supervise front office staff, ensuring they are prepared to provide excellent service to guests and visitorsMonitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional mannerEnsure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulationsMaintain accurate records and reports, including daily revenue and occupancy reportsAssist with budgeting and forecasting for front-office operationsCollaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiencesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysProficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
