Cleans common areas of community as assigned. Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipment. Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments.
Participates actively in team meetings, reports on current state in the Community, providing feedback on housekeeping-related items as they arise. Promotes a safe environment for staff, tenants and visitors. Performs other duties as assigned and directed Qualifications Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality. Previous experience, especially in a similar environment preferred but not required.
High school Diploma/ GED preferred. Ability to utilize software programs in order to complete work functions. Experience utilizing software programs such as Educare or TELS in order to complete necessary job functions…Housekeeper, Hotel, Healthcare
