Express Employment Professionals
The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) will support and maintain the organizations HRIS/Payroll applications and modules.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
Creating user accounts and managing access.
Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
Maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity and running queries.
Tracking and implementing technological advancements in the field of HRIS.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and to train staff.
Must demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have multiple years of experience in using Isolved HCM Solutions.
Isolved HCM Solutions Requirements:
Adding client/legals
Adding hours allocation
Adding policy groups
Adding accrual plans
Adding onboarding templates
Set up workflows.
Import timecard data.
Import employee demographics.
Import check history.
Import historical accrual balances.
All other request by manager.
Education and Experience:
H.S. Diploma and a minimum of 3 years experience as an HRIS/Payroll System Administrator Using ISolved IS REQUIRED
Experience in the healthcare industry (desired but not required)
