Location: 2872 W Broad Street, Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00AM 5:00PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet patient when entering the practice
- Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information
- Perform insurance verification on the date of service
- File and maintain medical records
- Confirms and schedule appointments
- Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Collects co-pays or outstanding balances on the date of service
- Perform referral documentation promptly
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 6+ months of customer service-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in front office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays and maintaining medical records
- Knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software
- Proficient in typing, 50-60 wpm and Microsoft Office
