QF-16/FMS Senior Information Awareness Manager

Sumaria is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Senior Information Awareness Manager to support:

• QF-16 (approximately 50%)
• F-16 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) (approximately 50%)

The candidate must be comfortable performing ISSM-type roles and responsibilities independently, aligning with the contract Performance Work Statement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead technical advisor for the F-16 IA program, providing expertise in program management, IA management, systems engineering, SSE, system and network administration, project management, and schedule development, with extensive F-16 systems experience.
• Assist with F-16 USAF, EPAF, and FMS systems integration, configuration, and risk identification.
• Translate customer requirements into acquisition program requirements for hardware and software.
• Support the protection of user data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Develop and support integrated schedules and program strategies.
• Provide technical support across various disciplines related to F-16 systems development, implementation, and sustainment.
• Support IPTs and working groups in streamlining acquisition processes.
• Support F-16 AT program and security activities, including development and evaluation of security guidance and program protection.
• Continuously assess and evaluate program and project performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver studies and briefings to end users and leadership.
• Review and interpret cyber threat reports at the TS-SCI level, providing guidance.
• Support PIT Assessment and Authorization, including developing security packages and plans.
• Assist with executing the IA Risk Management Framework, including security design evaluation and IA site audits.
• Identify and document SWA pedigree and perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma with 22 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 18 years, or a Master’s degree with 10-15 years.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification required.
• Minimum of ten years IA Management and security engineering experience, with detailed knowledge of all USAF, EPAF, and FMS F-16 configurations.
• Active TOP SECRET security clearance is mandatory.
