We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Dallas, USA, specializing in recruiting top-tier Sales Executives and Digital Marketing professionals. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber candidates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting sales and marketing focused roles and a deep understanding of the Sales Executive and Digital Marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates for Sales Executive and Digital Marketing positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Present detailed candidate profiles to the stakeholders, highlighting relevant experience and achievements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business needs and requirements.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market insights within the Sales and Marketing sectors.
Use this knowledge to advise clients and shape recruitment strategies.
Facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, candidate preparation, and feedback collection. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Provide assistance in closing candidates and managing counteroffers.
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal requirements and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting Sales Executives and Digital Marketing professionals, preferably in the USA market.
Experience in recruiting IT Professional Services Sales Executives (Preferred).
Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
