About the Role
As a Sales Manager for our Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value to our clients. Working closely with our Relationship Managers and Client Success teams, you will act as a trusted advisor and product expert.
Your ability to align client objectives with our products’ capabilities will be key in securing new business, fostering client relationships, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Partner with sales teams to navigate the evaluation stage of the sales process, providing technical expertise and strategic insights.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, showcasing how our solutions enhance efficiency and deliver ROI.
  • Contribute to account planning by sharing industry trends and insights into market segmentation.
  • Serve as the go-to advisor, creating a client-specific buying vision while overcoming objections with confidence.
  • Collaborate on packaging, pricing, and presenting solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC) to support forecasting and account management.
  • Ensure compliance with all business and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in a customer-facing sales role, with a track record of driving new business and solution selling.
  • Expertise: Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Collaboration: A proactive, problem-solving mindset that thrives in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously grow through learning.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Czech.
