We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support the recruitment efforts for Innovation, Product, Merchandising, and Operations (IPMO) functions. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for key positions across various functional areas, including product development, operations, and merchandising. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with business leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative and diverse hiring strategies, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key functional areas, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
- Advise and influence hiring managers on best practices for recruitment, including interview processes and candidate selection.
- Manage the candidate experience by ensuring a positive and seamless process from application to offer stage.
- Provide subject matter expertise on recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Use data and market insights to create and execute effective recruitment strategies, driving results.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination processes.
- Support talent pipeline development, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor landscape to inform sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (additional years of experience can substitute for a degree).
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Strong expertise in passive sourcing strategies and engagement techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in facilitating behavioral-based interview training and coaching hiring managers.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience using Workday ATS and/or Avature CRM being a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, interviewing, and assessment methods.
Preferred Experience:
- In-house corporate recruiting experience, including hiring for executive-level positions (Director and above).
- Previous experience in recruiting for product development (apparel, footwear), merchandising, operations, or innovation-related roles.
