Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist of IT Laboratory Systems to join our team. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting IT systems within laboratory environments, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including GxP and non-GxP digital certificates.
- Provide specialized knowledge and expertise in IT laboratory and manufacturing benchtop systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve laboratory IT processes and outcomes.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT laboratory systems.
- Manage and support IT benchtop systems within laboratory and manufacturing environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing laboratory IT systems.
- Proven track record of success in managing IT systems within laboratory environments.
- Experience with digital quality and digital certificates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in training and mentoring staff is a plus.
