About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, where you’ll be the driving force behind smooth and efficient hiring processes! From preparing offer letters to coordinating interviews, your role is critical in creating a seamless pre-employment and onboarding experience for new hires. You’ll also be involved in process improvements, data reporting, and liaising with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee candidate tracking, from onboarding to deployment
Maintain and report on candidate information
Initiate background checks and ensure completion with vendors
Create offer letters and ensure candidate documentation is complete
Act as a main point of contact for interview scheduling and requisition management
Contribute to continuous process improvement and workflow optimization
Skills You Bring
Strong communication and organizational skills
Solid HR or Talent Acquisition support experience, with Excel and ATS proficiency
Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills
Familiarity with process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience in HR or Talent Acquisition support
Familiarity with security clearance processes (preferred)

Pay Details: $23.65 per hour
