We currently have multiple openings for a Field Service Engineer for all brands within Process Insights. This role will be based in multiple territories/regions across the country, dependent on industry sector and product install-base within that territory. Candidates must reside in Houston, Texas.
The position of Field Service Engineer (FSE) is an integral role within the sales and services department and is the “first face” representing the Company when visiting Customer sites. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for building relationships with customers, performing the maintenance, repairs, training and remote services for PI’s product lines in petrochemical, energy, and environmental applications, primarily domestic within the US and Canada but with a potential for occasional international travel. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for building relationships with customers. The position of Field Service Engineer requires 70% – 90% travel. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter, self-managed, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced.
