YOUR IMPACT
The Director of Talent Acquisition will play an integral role in bringing in top talent to the organization that will help Wingstop become a top 10 global restaurant brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee, manage, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
- Allocate recruiting resources to support critical business initiatives.
- Develop external sourcing strategies that support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Create and manage an annual recruiting plan and budget, tracking talent acquisition projects while monitoring spend to ensure the team is meeting hiring goals.
- Provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders on emerging trends that allow the organization to attract best-in-class talent.
- Lead searches for Director and above talent.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors that support talent acquisition efforts; regularly assessing vendor performance to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Oversee the sourcing, hiring, and recruiting efforts of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop and maintain relevant dashboards to monitor recruitment efforts and productivity.
- Use data to drive decision-making and productivity.
- Create talent acquisition strategies that shorten the time to fill and ensure new team members have a positive onboarding experience with the organization.
- Leverage and optimize recruitment technology and vendor portfolio.
- Provide necessary support to hiring managers while they collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Create custom guidelines for hiring practices within the organization.
- Support international talent acquisition efforts and ensure consistent onboarding experience for new international talent.
