Adecco is hiring immediately for a short Term Healthcare Recruiter role with a local client in Mansfield, TX. Pay is $38 – $40/hr. Position is 1-2 months long, on-site and bilingual skills in Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a key role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with the organization’s goals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Experience in High volume recruitment, handling all facets of the recruitment process
- Preferred Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate healthcare position
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications ( Excel, Work, PPT, Teams etc.)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
- Experience with ADP/Workforce Now Applicant Tracking System is preferred
- Ability to multitask and drive recruitment strategy for open requisitions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
- 4+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, preferably in corporate healthcare recruitment
- Solid full life cycle recruitment experience especially in corporate Healthcare
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and regulations related to recruitment.
- Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS) preferred.
