Located in Dublin, Cruiserath Biologics Campus, a one billion Multi-Product Cell Culture Biologics Manufacturing facility plays a central role in the Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) network as the company’s first European biologics manufacturing facility. This state of the art facility will produce multiple therapies for the company’s growing biologics portfolio. Global Biologics Laboratory (GBL) responsible for the release testing of Biologics Drug product for the network, is also based on the Cruiserath Biologics Campus.

Job function
The Associate Director for Purchasing and Inventory will lead and oversee the procurement and inventory control functions to ensure the seamless supply of materials and products on the Cruiserath Campus. This role involves developing and implementing and continually improving purchasing processes, optimizing inventory levels. The Associate Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills to effectively manage the purchasing and inventory management processes for the Cruiserath Campus.

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
