About This Role
This role will be responsible for overseeing several key Ecommerce accounts receivable operational activities to support both EJD and AceHardware.com. This role will also specialize in cash application, and process retailer billings as directed by various business partners.
What You’ll Do
- Managing charge/refund failure queues on KIBO order-management system that are utilized to gain better knowledge of open issues affecting AceHardware.com to limit issues from impacting other retailers and customers.List what functions this position will perform on a regular basis.
- Critical thinking and analysis to document and log AceHardware.com issues/defects/problem ticketsKeep short and concise for quick scanning.
- Partnering with IT-Finance and IT-Ecom to determine root cause analysis and determine workable resolutions for Ecom related system issues as they arise.
- Responsible for cash application, and research unapplied cash.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Related Discipline.
- 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience in a larger corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel V-lookup, pivot tables, sum if formulas, etc. (heavy Excel skills) and word processing (Word).
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and adaptable/flexible.
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal/written communication.
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience.
- SAP system processing experience a plus.
Compensation Details:
$63100 – $79000 per year
