Mechanical Assembler/Operator

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler/Operator in our Concord, California location.
- Emcore expects that this position will have a starting salary range of $20.00-$24.00/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Mechanical assembly.
- Mounting quartz forks to bases under a microscope.
- Fork balancing.
- Wire Bonding.
- Laser trimming.
- Loading and unloading ovens.
- Soldering.
- Microscope work
Responsibilities Include:
- Manufacturing assembly and soldering experience preferred.
- Able to be at a workstation for extended periods of time, during each scheduled shift.
- Trainable, willing to learn and take direction, eager to learn and grow.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
Experience: 0-2 years, willing to train
