A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Help Desk Representative to be based in Costa Mesa, CA. This position is 100% onsite. The duration of the project is 12 months with possible extension. *W2 and local only.JOB DESCRIPTION:5 days in office, no exceptions. 8AM-5PM or 7AM-4PM.Very traditional help desk rep role.Helping with software and hardware questions, someone to come in and help with asset retrieval and shipping. Almost like an asset manager role but will eventually take on some of the ticketing tasks.Tickets are dispersed by the tech lead.Key projects: A large amount of asset work that needs an extra handTechnology requirements:Helpdesk experience, ability to repair and troubleshoot Windows.Degree or certifications required:No experience will need a bachelor’s.
