Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years restaurant experience
- Maintaining integrity of service and proactive communication with team
- A strong background in wine and wine service
- Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answering questions, and making suggestions
- Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns
- Communicate with other staff and management regarding needs of guests
- Support other FOH and kitchen staff in duties as required
