Position Responsibilities:
- Completes transactions and related documentation for deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers of funds
- Actively market and cross-sell current and new products and services of the credit union and educate members on the benefits and features of each
- Assist members with new accounts and account changes, answering and assisting members on incoming phone calls
- Multi-task, communicate clearly and effectively while maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition towards members and co-workers
- Achieve and support SWACU department and individual goals
- Maintain a solid understanding of SWACU products and services
Position Requirements:
- Minimum six months previous teller/cash handling experience working in a sales / retail environment preferred
- Minimum 2 years previous teller/cash experience
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Computer literate in Symitar and Microsoft Office environment including Word and Excel
- Great 10-key skills
- Ability to meet monthly cross-sales goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Must pass a Satisfactory Credit History Report and Background Check for consideration
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Starting pay DOE
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:10 am – 5:10 pm (No weekends)
