SAP LeanIX Consultant

Position Summary

We work with different consulting firms in the US to provide talent to their customers. Customers which have international presence.

We are seeking a LeanIX Administrator ( SAP LeanIX tool) on a 6-month contract and Hybrid position in Woodlands, Houston area, to support the configuration, setup, scale, and training of our LeanIX platform to meet the enterprise architecture needs. This resource will work closely with the IT and enterprise architecture teams to ensure a smooth rollout and enable effective use of LeanIX across the company.



Professional Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • +3 years of experience as a LeanIX Consultant now owned by SAP
  • Experience with SAP S4Hana is desired
  • Experience with SAP Lean IX integrations with other SAP modules, other systems like SCADA and production operational systems.Experience with custom API development.Strong experience in Data GovernanceExperience in Operations and Support for LeanIX.
  • Experience working with international or global teams is desired.
  • Experience providing training on LeanIX to users.

Responsibilities.

  • Complete the initial setup of the LeanIX platform, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s business objectives and architecture management nfigure custom dashboards, views, and reports tailored to various business needs.

Scaling & Optimization:


  • Support the platform’s scaling, ensuring it can handle the growing needs of the enterprise.
  • Optimize the data model within LeanIX, ensuring the system can manage architecture inventories efficiently.

Data Governance & Integrity:

  • Maintain data quality through ongoing cleansing, normalization, and enrichment.
  • Implement governance policies and ensure adherence to data compliance standards.

Integration & Customization:

  • Develop and manage integrations with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Utilize any add-on for custom API development and integrations as required by the organization.

User Support & Training:

  • Provide ongoing technical support to LeanIX users, resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions for users across departments, ensuring they understand and can leverage LeanIX effectively.
  • Platform Enhancements & Updates:
  • Monitor for updates and new features in LeanIX, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve platform functionality.

Expected Outcomes:


  • Fully operational LeanIX platform customized to meet organizational needs.
  • A trained team capable of independently managing and utilizing LeanIX.
  • Seamless integration with existing enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, Land, Production Operations, EHSR and SCADA).
  • Improved data governance and architecture insights across the organization.
