Service Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handling incoming service phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Typing work orders accurately and promptly.
  • Financial Tasks: Managing invoice reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Timekeeping: Maintaining precise timekeeping records.
  • Clerical Support: Performing other assigned clerical duties as needed.

Service Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of prior administrative office or related clerical experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
