Change Manager Full Time


Job Title: Change Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX – hybrid

Contract Duration: 1-2 years – contract to hire

Pay Rate: up to $70/hr.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Change Management Analyst to join their newly established Transformation Office, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation of a new ERP system. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for their employees. You will leverage your change management expertise and understanding of ERP systems to develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework for the Transformation Office.



Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to assess the impact of the ERP system upgrade on various departments and user groups.
  • Develop and implement a robust change management plan aligned with industry best practices and Prosci Methodology (or similar).
  • Identify and analyze potential risks and resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies and communication plans to address them.
  • Design and deliver engaging communication materials and training programs to keep employees informed and prepared for the new system.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and address employee concerns throughout the change process.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure a seamless integration of change management activities within the overall project plan.
  • Utilize change management tools and technologies to support the implementation process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management project implementation.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful change management plans.
  • Strong understanding of the change management process, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
  • Experience using change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with ERP systems or supporting ERP change management projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
