The Talent Sourcer is responsible for growing the Eclipse Professional Services Applicant/Candidate Database through typical recruiting sources such as Job Boards, social media, and Job Fairs.
The role of the source is to Pre-Qualify Applicants to ensure that they have the necessary work background and/or skills to qualify in working in our Target Clients facilities.Responsibilities for Talent SourcerUnderstand the recruiting needs of Eclipse Professional Services and our Target Clients.Performs online research for rsum and candidate profiles using job boards, social networking sites, internet research.Manage sourcing plans ensuring the Talent Pipeline remains full of Applicants for the Industrial Skill Sets.Proactively search for, identify, network with, and directly contact active and passive job seekers, both internally and externally, for challenging-to-hire vacanciesEvaluate employment qualifications such as job experience, education and training, skills, and knowledge and abilities for non-exempt and exempt positions through resume/profile review and phone screening as appropriate.Track and communicate sourcing activity to Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers as necessary.Continue to build Talent Pipeline and manage communications of openings and news.Utilize all sourcing channels such as job boards, niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates.Monitor personal performance metrics via SalesForce.Able to join Eclipse led projects, provide input, act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in process-driven projects and move forward on actions allocated.You will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiting Manager to identify possible pools of Applicants.Handle initial contact and screening of Applicants.Schedule InterviewsQualificationsProfessional and personable, able to manage searches and information of a confidential nature.Natural ability to network with anyone, anywhere at any time in both the real and virtual world.Demonstrated ability to write well and engage talent via social channels.Demonstrated experience and/or ability to use innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of talent preferred.You have the confidence, strong communication skills and business acumen necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within the technology organization.Key Performance IndicatorsNumber of Applicants driven to ATS by Talent SourcerNumber of Interviews Schedule for Eclipse Employment Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialists (Minimum of 25 Scheduled Interviews/week)Percentage of Interviews Scheduled compared Completed InterviewsNumber of Applicants moved from Sourcing to Active StatusRequired Training to Be Completed30 Day Required Training60 Day Required Training90 Day Required Training120 Day Required TrainingStandards and Results to Be Completed for Promotions
