As a Specialist ERP, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of the end-to-end process and deliverables for the Finance AP stream for Unify USUI implementation.

What you will do:

• Oversight for the Finance Subledgers Unify business process solution for the USUI ERP implementation
  
• Ensure that where possible, enterprise-wide solutions are implemented. Where specific solutions are required, work with TIS, SMEs and the SI to develop and implement solutions that continue to meet the Unify Guiding Principles.
  
• Collaborate effectively with the other USUI SCM streams, along with Finance and AWM to ensure cross-functional end to end processes are design.
  
• Lead standardization of assigned processes utilizing best practice understanding gained through working with our SI and professional expertise.
  
• Work with the change management team to assess change impacts, development of training manuals and user guides and implementation of all, including influencing change across the work stream and stakeholders.
  
• Assist with the development of the testing strategy for the Finance Subledgers workstream.
  
• Bringing risks and issues to Program Managements’ attention, solutioning actions and decisions where appropriate.
  
• Work as part of the overall work stream towards delivering on the guiding principles. and provide leadership to process team members and SME’s throughout the program.
  
• Oversee indirect teams of professionals responsible for developing recommendations that provide the basis for making critical business decisions.
  
• Negotiate with and influences and aligns internal stakeholders in situations in which they may not be predisposed to agree.
  
• Work with the Business APPs, CORP APPs and HR teams to ensure integrations are tested and functioning properly for a smooth transition into Oracle Coud.
  

  Who you are:

  • Related university degree and/or professional designation, or equivalent work experience.
    
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud subledger solutions.
    
  • Experience in ERP implementations.
    
  • Fully qualified level role typically with minimum 7 years of directly related experience.
    
  • Prior experience leading project teams.
    
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills. Verbal and written communication typically consists of the coaching, mentoring, motivating, and ensuring organizational objectives are translated into the department’s activities.
    
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, lead or manage change.

    Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

    Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
