Piper Companies is hiring an Industrial Manufacturing Recruiter for a company based out of Greensboro, NC. The Industrial Manufacturing Recruiter will source, screen and hire candidates for manufacturing roles ensuring that they are a technical and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will live in Greensboro, NC and be able to work on site as needed. This role is a 12 month contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities for the Industrial Manufacturing Recruiter:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
- Conduct screenings and interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements for the Industrial Manufacturing Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience as a recruiter, preferably in manufacturing.
- Understanding of manufacturing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation for the Industrial Manufacturing Recruiter:
- $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
