Your Day-to-Day
- Hunt and Gather: Source talent like a boss using job boards, social media, and old-fashioned networking.
- Bond Like 007: Build relationships with clients and candidates that are so good they’ll invite you to their weddings.
- Play Cupid: Match candidates with companies like it’s a corporate version of The Bachelor, but with fewer tears.
- Close the Deal: Negotiate offers, handle counteroffers, and bask in the glory of making the perfect placement.
Work Where It Works Best
- In-Office Magic: You’ll be in our Wilton, CT, office two days a week, soaking up the team energy and enjoying our fantastic vibe.
