Our Company has laid the path for our bright future. To secure the business in Georgia we are looking for an aggressive sales rep to join our team!
As an Area Sales Manager working in Atlanta or surrounding area, you will be a member of our winning US sales team. You are entrepreneurial, passionate, driven to succeed and hungry to make lots of money. Your primary job is to generate and grow your new business to successfully convert target audience to using our company products.
*FOCUS*
Your focus is on managing and supporting local home builders, Architects, GC’s, Developers, contractors & dealers in Atlanta and surrounding area.
You are a star at building strong long-term relationships, growing new business in a challenging market providing solutions to the needs of current and future construction designs. Your main focus will be on converting Architects away from competitive ACM products and/or up-selling our high value product items to Home Builders and Multi Family Developers.
You are *a true Hustler*: organized, calculated and persistent with passion and dedicated drive for success to make money. You have a proven and verifiable track record in business to business sales and you’re able to handle and close on objections. You understand Market Development principles and you know how to accelerate products up the adoption curve, shifting a market.
You are a high performer in your current role, but you are eager for a new challenge of growing a new innovative product in a competitive market segment. You are comfortable handling constant pressure for growth in your job and you want to stand out among your peers.

*QUALIFICATIONS*
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred);
· 5 years or more proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads by managing a territory and selling activities of premium value-add products;
· Residency in Atlanta, ability to work in USA;
· Experience with market development concepts such as adoption lifecycle, market development checklist, and STP (segmenting / targeting / positioning) based on sustaining products and innovations;
· Experience working for an innovative company where the focus is on value selling, not price
· Excellent presentation skills before both small and large groups of people;
· Entrepreneurial, driven and eager to win attitude is key to succeed.
*COMPENSATION*
Compensation will include a competitive compensation package of $110,000 OTE and up including an attractive UNCAPPED commission program.
It also includes car allowance, cell phone, laptop, expense account, an inspiring work environment and an awesome team setting.
