Customer Service Representative Full Time Temporary
TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Lewisville, TX! This position is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with vendors, processing orders, and scheduling service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders accurately using the internal system
- Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders
- Engage with customers and vendors via phone and email
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and processing orders
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years experience
- Experience with Oracle preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
