Corporate Assistant Merchandiser
Duration: 3 months w/ potential extension
Pay: $23-$25/hr
Hybrid in Seattle, need someone onsite at least 3x a week
NEED corporate merchandising experience!
Our Seattle apparel client is looking for an Assistant Merchandiser. You will be responsible for supporting sales and margin goals, calendar adherence, and overall support of assigned market segment. Support Merchandise Manager or Merchandiser to execute action plans across respective division. Accountable for efficiently managing daily responsibilities and assisting Merchandising team meet company financial targets and marketing objectives.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising or related field.
- 1+ years related experience, preferably for a specialty retailer.
- Understanding of key retail sales metrics and key merchandising requirements.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work with accuracy in a fast paced environment
- Effectively present information both internally and externally in a professional and brand appropriate manner.
- Skilled at Word, Excel and a strong knowledge of spreadsheet functions.
- This is a hybrid position and requires in-office 3 days per week.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
