About the job:
As a Fraud Investigator, you will play a crucial role in protecting both our customers and the organization from fraudulent activities. Your primary responsibility will be to review customer disputes and claims related to suspected fraud, and review application documents to determine if fraud did occur, and what type of fraud was perpetrated.
The main purpose of this position is to determine the validity of fraud claims, providing support to victims as they navigate the complexities of identity theft. By investigating these cases thoroughly, you will help safeguard our customers' financial well-being while also mitigating potential losses for the company.
In this role, you will conduct detailed analyses of customer accounts and transactions, gather relevant evidence, and collaborate with other departments as needed. Your findings will not only assist in clearing victims' credit records but will also inform the organizations broader strategies for fraud prevention and risk management. You will be an advocate for our customers, ensuring they receive the guidance and support necessary to resolve their issues and restore their confidence in our services. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the overall security and integrity of our organization, making you an essential part of our commitment to providing a safe and reliable experience for our customers.

Total Rewards and Benefits:
The starting base salary for this position is $46,792 per year. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the companys sole discretion and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. The total compensation package includes eligibility and potential for performance-based bonuses as well as equity grants dependent upon the role and job level.
