Job SummaryThe Cloud Adoption Specialist – Google on the Cloud Adoption team serves as clients’ point-of-contact for post sales cloud activities for SHI cloud customers. Cloud Adoption Specialist will be responsible for supporting the customer’s cloud adoption, suggesting operational/security improvements, and promoting additional SHI Services that will benefit the customer. The Cloud Adoption Specialist conducts business reviews with client stakeholders and SHI Account teams to ensure client satisfaction and uncover additional areas of Google consumption/services opportunities either via SHI or Google services, programs or offerings.ResponsibilitiesIncludes, but are not limited to:Grow the existing customer base for Google, growing both Revenue and Gross MarginEstablish and Develop Strategic C-Level Relationships and Go-to-market strategy to help our customers transform their enterprises through Google technologies and the value of SHI’s Cloud and MSP PracticeDevelop, test, refine, and scale sales strategies for adoption of GoogleMaintain continuous education of the core Google products, programs, and operationsAssist Customers in navigating the onboarding process to the company’s Cloud and MSP PracticeGuide customers through foundational governance best practices to allow the ability for successful and scalable cloud adoptionImprove the cloud acumen of the SHI field/inside sales teams by partnering with regional and district managers and working closely with Technical Resources in your assigned region.Provide Feedback to SHI delivery teams and Cloud Adoption teams to ensure future offerings are aligned to customer needs and use casesCollaborate with company Sellers and Customers Navigate Google Programs for FundingStrategically partner with company Sales Leadership and Account Executives to execute on the Google acquisition strategyGenerate, identify, and drive pipeline by understanding customer needs and position relevance to company solutions and servicesDevelop close relationships with company sellers, internal resources, and leadershipWork collaboratively with company cloud services and partners in delivering long-term value to our customersReport, forecast, and track sales activity in respective regions to ensure we are driving Cloud based activities and opportunities continue to progressManage pipeline, customer success metrics and tracking to key results in CRMPresent the company value around Cloud management and services at customer events and travel to marketQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years in an Inside Sales/Outside sales positionExperience selling to Public Sector organizations is preferredGoogle Cloud Digital Leader Certification strongly preferredPractical understanding of concepts surrounding Cloud, Devops, AI/ML, CI/CD, Core & Micro Services (within Google preferred)Practical understanding of Google Workspace solutionsProven track record of getting results and exceeding expectationsWorking knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (Google Workspace equivalent also preferred)Required SkillsAbility to excel in a high-performing and dynamic environmentAbility to build successful relationships through active listeningStrong written and verbal interpersonal skillsStrong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and motivational skillsExcellent presentation skillsAbility to develop and execute against a business plan to meet or exceed predefined revenue targetsStrong relationship building skills and customer satisfaction focus to ensure repeat businessCertifications RequiredGoogle Cloud Sales CredentialsGoogle Workspace Sales CredentialsUnique RequirementsPosition requires up to 20% travel for business needs as determined by SHI management
