The HP Workforce Experience Platform is an AI-powered digital employee experience solution that can help monitor, optimize, and act on every employee digital touchpoint.As a Sr. Developer in the HP Workforce Experience organization, you’ll leverage your expertise in Java, GoLang, Spring Boot, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, AWS, and ReactJS to develop high-performance, scalable applications that enhance device fleet management and employee engagement, for HP’s customers. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding a team of talented engineers to deliver exceptional results.Work Authorization: HP occasionally offers work authorization sponsorship for critical need roles. However, this opportunity currently does not offer work authorization sponsorship.Responsibilities:Develop, debug and create microservices using Java, Golang, Spring boot, MySQL, NoSQL on AWS.Explore new AWS technologies, select and create production grade microservices and proof of concepts.Participate in creating high level designs, working with leads and architects.Debug production incidents around Microservices, authentication, authorization, database, elastic search, UI(React) etc.Co-work on features with remote teams placed in India.Deliver using agile process using CI/CD pipelines.Education and Experience Required:3+ years experience in software developmentHighly proficient in Java, J2EE, Spring boot, JPA, Microservices.Practical commercial experience with Cloud software development.
AWS or similar services like Azure, Google cloud is acceptable.Experience in various databases – SQL, No-SQLBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Must have Skills:Java, Springboot, JPA, REST, Microservice pattern & related technologiesWebservices and web-frameworksDatabase – SQL, No-SQLAWS core constructs – KMS, Queues, Notification services, Cache, Cloud watchGood to have:Golang, React, Oauth, SCIMDatabase – No SQL, RedshiftThe base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
