Position: Compliance Specialist
Reports to: Operations Manager
Schedule: Report to Oak Brook office Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; Work remotely Tuesday & Friday
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Summary: The Compliance Specialist will ensure clients and contractors are onboarded correctly and that all contracts and onboarding files are accurate.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Onboard contractors and clients into Payroll and Billing Systems (Paychex, Salesforce and Sage)
- Audit contractor and client data to ensure accuracy.
- Review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn ATS and Operational Software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years data entry experience preferred.
Physical Requirement:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
