The HT Group has a security client in North Austin seeking a skilled Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance their hiring processes. This role involves collaborating with Hiring Managers, influencing sourcing strategies, and attracting top talent across the region.

This is a 3-6 month contract role.Hybrid Schedule: Three Days in Office/Two Remote
$38.46-$43.27/hr DOE

Requirements:

• High integrity and multitasking ability
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a tech company or 3+ years of corporate experience and 2+ years in agency recruiting
• Strong organizational skills to manage requisitions across time zones
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Solutions mindset and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a marketing and sales approach to talent attraction
