Job Title: Data Entry Team Lead
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Travelling requirements: Open to travel other locations

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Onsite
Summary:
The Data Entry Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of data entry professionals to meet client expectations and project deadlines. This role involves performance monitoring, effective communication with stakeholders, and goal setting for both individual and team development. The Team Lead will also travel to other office locations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, support, and monitor team performance through quality metrics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with internal stakeholders, communicate project statuses, determine priorities, and set deliverable timelines.
- Establish individual and team goals that define scope and responsibilities, fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.
- Manage payroll entries and approve time-off requests for team members to maintain operational continuity.
- Participate in training initiatives to ensure all team members are well-equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a data entry with a min 3 years of team leading experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within both corporate and remote environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Relevant experience in the healthcare or BPO industry is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to complete tasks accurately within designated time frames.
