Responsibilities:
- Experience in motivating and managing a busy team of dispatchers, purchasers, or coordinators.
- Exceptional skills in organization, problem solving, critical thinking, leadership experience, time management, strategic planning, and communication.
- Dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely to ensure that all customer groups receive outstandingservice in an efficient and timely manner.
- Support Service Managers by communicating manpower and equipment utilization; ensuring proper resources are matched with workload.
- Have a proven track record as a leader with multi-state coverage.
- Supervise, hire, and train their department professionals.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of supervisory and/or equivalent experience
- Exemplify exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Experience Hiring, training, developing, and recognizing personnel to achieve company goals.
- Strong skills in training and implementation of new policies and procedures to streamline efficiencies.
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and updating standard operations procedures.
- Experience in receiving feedback from customer and internal departments while reviewing for coaching opportunities and needed changes.
- Strongleadership skills.
- Ability to build a positive working relationship with all customers and all levels of management.
