In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching personnel and resources while ensuring the efficient operation of our services. You will also handle payroll reconciliation and manage the entry of time tickets into our ERP system and Dropbox in the interim.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Dispatch Operations:
- Coordinate daily dispatching of personnel and equipment to best meet our customer needs.
- Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding scheduling and logistics.
- Time Management:
- Enter time tickets into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and reconcile employee hours worked to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Payroll Reconciliation:
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of payroll reports.
- Collaborate with the HR department to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours and overtime.
- Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports related to dispatch operations and payroll.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in operational efficiency.
- Customer Service:
- Address any inquiries or concerns from team members and clients promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- File Management: Scanning of field paperwork and saving in Dropbox.
- Filing of field paperwork.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or business administration is a plus.
- 2+ years experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and payroll processing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work for short amounts of time on the weekend to get a schedule made.
