Your role will be to work with existing clients within the office as well as develop new relationships over time.
You will be responsible for:
• Identification and recruitment of highly skilled professionals within various manufacturing industries to include but not limited to pulp, paper and packaging industries, power and utilities.
• Opportunity to specialize in an “area of expertise”
• Developing thorough understanding of position requirements and company culture.
• Consulting with client companies and candidates during recruitment and on-boarding to maximum the opportunity for mutual success.
Ideal candidates will possess:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent Communication and Persuasive Skills.
• Desire to Earn a High Income Commensurate with Individual Successful Performance.
• No Recruiting Experience Necessary but a Strong Drive to Succeed is.
