Adecco is assisting a local client, recruiting for a Mail Fulfillment Associate in Bolingbrook IL. These Mail Fulfillment Associate jobs are long term!. Mail Production Associate jobs require candidates to be Very Responsible and has had previous Machine Operating experience within warehouse environment. This role is within our handline/lodgment dept.
Main responsibility will be lodging/preparing inserted work for pick up by our postal vendor, the individual must be computer literate and competent at math. If you meet the qualifications listed below Apply Now!. Responsibilities for a Mail Production Associate jobs include but are not limited to:
+ Lodging all output produced by the mail dept. to the appropriate system
+ Retrieve and fulfil requests with proper inserts and accordance with work solutions
+ Operates folder and sealing equipment efficiently and inspects output in accordance with our quality standards.
+ Ensures that all documents are inserted in an efficient and timely manner according to the instructions specified in the job details.
+ Verifies and records the number of all pieces inserted by performing full reconciliation of all inserted documents in accordance with job requirements.
+ Update reports regarding the daily usage of inventory.
+ Retrieve checks and materials from laser to ship federal express of USPS express mail daily.
+ Retrieve output and print labels for certified mail processing.
+ Follow instructions to mail labels and proxy material as indicated on system.
+ Work OT and cover additional shifts when required.
+ Cross train within our Operations Dept. Cross training will be a large part of their responsibilities, and covering off shift hours to support team members taking PTO will be required.
Pay rate $19.50 per hour, plus overtime as needed!
Hours: 10am 630pm Standard hours and when required (rotate with other team members) will need to support 3pm 1130pm hours.
Must be able to work second shift.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
