We are seeking Material Handler for our 3rd Shift with our Chicago Division in Romeoville, Illinois.
JOB DUTIES:
+ Operate saw, or other equipment to process, package, and load.
+ Operate forklift, Raymond side loader, and overhead crane to move material in the warehouse.
+ Load and unload trucks using handling equipment, place materials in storage locations.
+ May receive/inspect and verify the material count.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good general math and measuring skills are a must.
Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, side loaders, saws, banding, and/or order packing are highly preferred, but not required. Experience in the steel distribution industry is a definite plus.
Job offers are conditional based on successful completion of drug screen, physical, and background check.
