Order Entry Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Critical thinking to confirm legal request for records is completed by our clients
- Heavy data entry
- Prepares legal packet via data entry, client preferences and system usage
- Email clients for confirmation, questions and or status
- Handle problem requests/research/follow-up
- Quality check all documents, entries and legal paperwork
- Mailing out location packages
- Faxing, mailing, setting up hand serves of legal requests

Requirements
All you need to be a Order Entry Specialist, is 1 year of litigation support (record retrieval) and a high school diploma.
