Job Summary: Our client in Wenona is looking for motivated individuals to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for placing inspected cookies into the correct tray or container on the designated production line. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet our quality standards before they’re shipped out.What’s in it for you:Full time hoursStarting wages at $16.951 st , 2 nd , and 3rd shifts availableTemp to hire based on performanceOpportunity to learn new skills and advancementOpportunity for overtimeEssential Functions and Responsibilities:Receive finished products from Over Operations or Fugi Machine OperatorsCount, inspect, and pack the correct number of finished products into approved trays or conveyor slots for shippingRotate positions with other packing staff as directedMaintain a clean work area and assist with sanitation as neededFollow GMPs and the HACCP programPerform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management PersonnelKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Knowledgeable in GMPs and HACCPBasic math skills for calculating quantities of finished goodsGood verbal communication skillsStrong organization skillsTeam player, flexible, and adaptableWillingness to accept various job assignmentsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to lift 40 lbs. unassisted and stand or walk for extended periodsAbility to prioritize work scheduleGood hand/eye coordination desirableAbility to handle fast-paced environmentsUnderstanding and adherence to safety policies and proceduresJob Qualifications:Must be 18 years of ageBe able to pass a drug test and background checkWork as a teamInterested?.
