The Opportunity
Lonestar Forklift is looking for a dynamic Parts Salesperson to join our team in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Service department to provide excellent sales support to customers and maintain our parts inventory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Parts Salesperson for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sell products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets
- Provide customers multiple solutions in terms of parts pricing and availability
- Manage key parts customer accounts, communicating frequently with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer credits in a timely manner
- Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts
- Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Previous related parts experience is strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Valid driver’s license

The base pay range for this role is: $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
This is an onsite role based in Odessa, Texas.
