Position Overview:
The Production Controller will oversee and optimize the production process to ensure timely delivery, resource allocation, and product quality. The role involves coordinating across multiple departments, analyzing production metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize output while minimizing waste and delays. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, capable of adapting to the evolving demands of aerospace manufacturing.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in production control, production scheduling, or manufacturing planning, ideally in the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
– Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including resource management and quality control.
– Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor) and inventory management software.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between multiple departments and stakeholders.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data and implement process improvements.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities.
