Job Summary
Responsible for owning strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs that support Memorial Hermann’s Talent & Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) Center of Excellence. This includes development of the overall program strategy as well as tactically delivering on program objectives. The role will own end-to-end project, change, and budget management of assigned programs including development of KPI reporting, providing visibility of status, milestones, and performance across all projects related to Talent & Engagement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field from an accredited institution required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Certified practitioner of one or multiple of the following assessments is preferred: 360s, Hogan, Birkman, DiSC, StrengthsFinder
