Greenwich, CT based financial services firm seeks a contract Recruiter to support a Talent Acquisition team. Ideally a few years of recruitment experience with some exposure to financial services.
3-4 month contract with possibility of extension
Pay: $40-50/hr
Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Hours: 8:30-5:30
Requirements:
- Assist with filling roles across various departments
- Review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates
- Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to attract top talent
- Provide a white glove recruiting experience to prospective hires
- Support the senior recruiters in their searches and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline with creative sourcing strategies
- Assist with job descriptions and posts
- Manage candidates through various stages in the ATS system, ensuring accurate data entry
- Assist with on-going projects with the HR department as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, with exposure to the financial services
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with various ATS and HR systems, Greenhouse knowledge a plus
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
